However, as the cold weather approaches, this salve is perfect for anyone suffering from extremely dry and irritated hands, and bloody or cracked knuckles. The combination of cocoa butter, aloe vera, shea and more help sooth and penetrate broken skin and create a protection barrier which promotes stronger and softer skin.
